The V.O.I.C.E. project (Vision, Opportunity, Inclusion, Community, Equality) is a European social innovation initiative designed to address the root causes of gender inequality, with a particular focus on the transformative power of education. The project brings together a European consortium of experts in social inclusion, anti-discrimination, gender awareness and non-formal education. It is led by the Community Association within the City of Arques, a VIF® member municipality since 2024, which has partnered with VIF® to work specifically on physical activity and the role of sport and exercise in promoting gender equality among girls and boys.
The project is funded by the European CERV programme (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values) and brings together a European consortium of experts in social inclusion, anti-discrimination, gender equality awareness and non-formal education across six countries: France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Romania and Lithuania.
